Group Accommodation


Group Accommodation is included in the Registration Fee for the time of the gathering.

Children up to 11 years of age can join for free.

Örjanskolan

If accommodated in the school, participants will sleep on the floor, so for comfort, it is important that everyone bring their sleeping bag and sleeping mattress. There are showers and toilets in the school building.

Please note:  Group Accommodation in the school is only available from 15.00 PM Tuesday the 7th till Sunday the 12th. Accommodation for Sunday night can be available if needed. If you have any special requirements or questions, please contact us.

Private Accommodation

Private Accommodation is not included in the Registration Fee and must be self organised.

Ytterjärna Hotel

Ytterjärna Hotell is situated directly next to the Kulturhuset where the day usually starts. Guests can make a booking with Ytterjärna Hotell using the contact info below, or by visiting their website.

SEK 500,-/night for a single room

(this is without breakfast)

Reserving through booking sites can not access the discount, only booking through the hotel.

Kulturcentrum Järna

Kulturcentrum Järna is situated in the beautiful garden park bordering on the Baltic sea. It provides single or double room accommodation in student houses on the campus.

Kulturcentrum ( Terrakotten..)
SEK 300,-/night for a single room

SEK 450,-/night for a double room.

Sheets/towels can be rented at an extra cost of SEK 100,-/set.

Food

We will be offering and preparing organic food throughout your stay.  

The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with the traditional Swedish ‘Fika’ (coffee break).

All food provided will be vegan. Any dietary requirements can be added into the personal information while purchasing the tickets.

What to bring

A few important things to bring:
Sleeping bag/blanket
Sleeping mattress (beds will not be provided)
Towel
Warm and waterproof clothes
Biodegradable* soap, shampoo and toothpaste

A few things you may find useful to bring:
Notebook and Pen
Musical Instrument(s)
Art/craft materials

*As the community makes use of a natural filtration system and all waste water eventually makes its way into the neighbouring Baltic sea, only biodegradable cleaning products, including personal hygiene products such as soaps, shampoos etc. may be used. We humbly request that all non-biodegradable products be left at home when you attend the gathering, all biodegradable products are locally available to buy.
