There are 90 tickets available with free basic accomodation.

Early Bird ticket

This ticket covers all aspects of the initiative forum including food (and accomodation), it is available until 31st of December of 2024.

SEK 1950 (€ 140.00)

Regular ticket

This ticket covers all aspects of the initiative forum including food (and accomodation).

SEK 2200 (€ 155,00)

Supportive ticket

This is the same as the regular ticket, including food. It also supports YIP’s diversity fund, which enables participants from lower income countries/backrounds to take part in YIP.

SEK 2800 (€ 200,00)

day ticket

This ticket includes a full day of lectures, workshops, and all other events planned for the day including two fikas but excluding all meals.

SEK 600 (€ 43,00)

Lecture tickets

This ticket is for one 90 minutes lecture given by Dr. Vandana Shiva. Can be purchased on the door.

SEK 250 (€ 18,00)

door tickets for the evenings

This ticket is for one evening entry from 7:30pm until 10pm. Can be purchased on the door.

Accommodation

You have the option to sleep in the accommodation provided by YIP: we offer a shared dormitory-like space in the local school. Please bring your own camping mattress and sleeping bag/pillow. There are alternative accommodation options available to book at a separate cost with local hotels or hostels. This can be arranged privately by individuals.

The Kulturhuset hotel can offer a discounted price to Initiative Forum participants if they are not eating breakfast at the hotel, along with a 10% discount to opt-out of room service cleaning throughout the guest’s stay. It is the person’s individual responsibility to comunicate that they are an Initiative Forum participants to the hotel, in order to receive these discounts.
