Early Bird Fees until March 14, 2012

• The full program participant fee for the Initiative Forum is SEK 1300,- (about € 150,- ).
• The fee for the last five days of the Initiative Forum is SEK 1000,- (about € 115,-).
• The first two “YIP Future Meeting” days is SEK 350,-
• A one day ticket is SEK 220,-

This includes all food and accommodation and activities at the event.

• The entrance fee for the cultural events in the evenigs is SEK 100,-

Accomodation

The local school building Örjanskolan, situated near the heart of the Initiative Forum,has been made available to us for group accomodation. Participants are requested to please bring your own sleeping mat and sleeping bag for comfort.

All participants will have constant access to amenities such as shower and toilets in the school building.

Requirements
As the community makes use of a natural filtration system and all waste water makes it’s way eventually into the ecologically sensitive fjord, it is required that only biodegradable cleaning products are used, including personal hygiene product such assoaps, shampoos, etc. We humbly request that all non-biodegradable products be left at home when you attend The Initiative Forum and if you require, all biodegradable products are locally available.

Behaviour & Policy
We have a strong commitment to creating a healthy social environment at the Initiative Forum

As a community event where all members of the community are welcome, from small children to elderly, we do not condone the use of any behavior altering substances.Alcohol and drugs are therefore strictly prohibited at the Initiative Forum . We humbly request that you do not bring any of these substances with you to the Initiative Forum as it undermines the intention of the event. Not honoring this request will result in expulsion from the event.
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Food

You are what you eat. And we eat beautiful food. We have taken on a pledge to use only healthy ingredients (for human & planet), so all the food served during Initiative Forumwill be fair-trade, non-GMO, vegetarian, organic and to a large extentbiodynamic.

We are working with local producers and leading suppliers in organic produce to provide a tasty menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All food is included in the participant fees.

There is the possibility to purchase coffee and tea during FIKA in the Järna Kafe for a price of SEK 10,- We will also provide little snacks.

In the evening there will be a Night cafe with a variety of delicious snacks and drinks.

Location/ Venue

We will have the Ytternjärna Kulturhuset (Culture House) and the Vita Huset (White House) at disposal. Both of the buildings are located at the beautiful grounds of the Ytterjärna Seminariet.
