You are what you eat. And we eat beautiful food. We have taken on a pledge to use only healthy ingredients (for human & planet), so all the food served during Initiative Forum will be fair-trade, non-GMO, vegetarian, organic and to a large extent biodynamic.
All the food will be prepared in the Robygge Restaurant and eaten in its cozy dinning room. The chefs of Robygge in partnership with other local cooks will be brining us a fresh taste of Sweden in spring. They will be working together to bring us a delicious menu made up of fresh ingredients from local suppliers. There will also be opportunities to jump into the action in the kitchen helping prepare our meals. All costs for food are included in participant fees.
